Liverpool have struggled this season without a fully fit Gerrard and Torres being a consistent part of the team. They are without a win in their last 4 games including a 2-2 home draw with Birmingham. Torres will again be missing with Ngog likely to replace him up front.
Man City haven't really kicked on from a promising start but team of experienced Premier League campaigners is difficult to beat (unbeaten last 8 games)
1.9 on a Liverpool win looks too short to me.
