Portsmouth's line-up today looks poor. Begovic, Borre, Kaboul, Mokoena, Beladj, Brown, Mullins, Hughes, Smith, Piquionne with the decent Kranjcar.
They don't have a proven goalscorer and have been truly awful this season.
Man City have looked very solid to me so far this season and have yet to concede with clean sheets against Blackburn, Wolves and Crystal Palace. The players they have brought in have been proven Premier League performers and have thus adapted quickly. The spine of Given, Toure, Barry and Adebayor especially impressing. Lescott should strengthen the defence further.
I couldn't put anyone of backing Man City to win the match @ 5/8 with Expekt but I cannot see Portsmouth scoring against a strong Man City defence so will bet to win to nil.
